About Us: Abby Stanislaw PT, DPT, OCS
Abby grew up on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort, where she discovered the interconnectedness of health, wellness, and resilience. Her time rehabilitating from ski racing injuries taught her the synergy of physical endurance and mental determination, which piqued her interest in physical therapy. She pursued an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Utah, merging her affinity for sports with a curiosity about the human body.
Following graduation, Abby was drawn to the endless peaks of Alaska, where she embraced its rugged charm, long summer days, and cold winter nights. After three years in the last frontier, she moved to the sun-soaked terrains of Albuquerque, New Mexico, to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico. In 2022, a position with the Stifel US Alpine Ski Team drew her back from New Mexico to Utah where she was elated to share the magic of the Wasatch with her husband and their dog Ziggy.
Now based in Salt Lake City, Abby's ultimate fulfillment comes not just from helping clients regain their confidence in mountain sports post-injury or postpartum, but also from being part of the vibrant Wasatch Front community. Whether it's mountain biking, enjoying après with friends, or simply seeing her patients thrive in the great outdoors, Abby cherishes every shared moment in the mountains with friends.
